This is one of my favorite hydration supplements! I'm a long distance runner, mountain biker, and gravel rider and love going to the sauna. Hydration Hero is perfect for hydration, no matter the sport. I've only tried the lemon/lime, however, am excited to try the guava coming in the mail. If you're not a fan of the salty supplements, like LMT, this one is for you. Highly recommended.

I am loving the lemon-lime hydration hero as the ingredients are the cleanest I could find and the taste is delicious! As a health coach, I know that we are mineral deficient as a population and need to supplement in a healthy way. This is a simple, tasty way to get those minerals in with the bonus of aloe, tart cherry and other great ingredients! I like to have a cocktail or 2 and this product helps my body recover nicely.

I'm typically not a fan of lemon lime flavor but since they were out of guava I tried it. The taste is pretty good, not too sweet or salty like some. Impressed by the amount of potassium and clean ingredients.

It’s great and I love that the ingredients are organic and plentiful. I feel better minutes after drinking this.
