I love this stuff!! I am often running around being busy around the ranch, and as much as I know I should keep myself hydrated, I just don't carry around a water bottle along with the rakes and loppers and chicken feed and irrigation parts... so when I DO make it to my water, I am needed it to work for me!
Hydration Hero has been a great way to add a little extra to my water breaks. I’m a big fan of this product. I’ve tried both the Guava and the Passion Fruit Flavors. I prefer the Guava but both taste really natural and fruity. The ingredient list is great and it’s exactly what I need to get myself to drink enough water. Will definitely be purchasing again. I really hope they keep adding new flavors - I would love a watermelon or cherry flavor of some sort.
