I feel like since using this stuff I havent been getting as sick or catching every little thing! Only downside for me is its spicy (I'm a whimp) and i have to mix it with flavoring because it doesn't taste great alone.

I use this close to daily, and it truly works well! I keep packets at my office to share with friends as well. I have been using the immunity icon for over a year and it helps me stay healthy or turn the direction on a crummy day. Personally I prefer to mix it with 30oz of water to keep the flavor just right, but that's my preference.
