I’ve tried a bunch of different electrolytes brands LMNT being my favorite but was too expensive and some of them too salty. This is the best in between, affordable, salty but not too salty and the guava flavor is so good! Will be renewing our subscription for sure.

I struggle with dehydration and low minerals. I constantly drink water but it’s never enough and I’m always getting migraines.
