    Really has helped cut the bloating out and has an awesome flavor. I love the combination of ingredients and supplements so i don’t have to take individual supplements for each etc. I did not experience any adverse effects in the beginning of taking it or increasing dosage either, which I was worried but pleased with the ease of the supplement. Very happy with this and will continue to use.

    I had to discontinue the product after 1 week due to increased stomach bloating . I understand that bloating in considered normal the first week but I could not tolerate because it was constant. Unfortunately the product didn’t work for me .
