I've been ordering this for a few months and I really liked the idea of getting it in a container so I can measure out how much I want. However, after 1-2 weeks it's so clumped up in the container its really hard to measure out the right amount and its hard to mix it properly. I have wasted some out of frustration. I still have so much leftover that I probably won't use it all. I'll have to order the single packs instead, which is disappointing.

I intermittent fast, but I also do a monk fast every other week. At first I was getting toe and foot cramps after my monk fasts, but now I have hydration hero the day or two before and since then I have had no problems with cramping after a long fast.

We found packets of Feel Goods products in a little shop and I purchased several Hydration Hero, several for immunity and several for gut health. They all tasted great. Purchasing them directly from Feel Goods is more cost effective too.
