Use it every day!

I’ve been using the hydration for a little over a year now. I drink it every morning as my routine start to the day. Tastes great so it’s easy to get those daily electrolytes. I live in Colorado where it’s super dry so I can definitely tell my skin it better hydrated, I don’t get dehydration headaches, plus it’s a great hangover recovery agent haha! Definitely recommend!

I use this!

I stay hydrated regularly but if I've had an extra big work day on the farm or hiking or playing in the water, hydration hero is a great addition to my routine. I like the flavor so it is easy to drink and the blue hue is an added, fancy bonus!😁

I recently sent hydration hero with my Army EID son for his buddies and him for a day on the range - it was a hit! Good stuff and it works...
