This has been a great product. I haven't had a cold or been sick since taking it. I have been around sick kids etc and still been able to stay healthy.

Highly recommend
I’ve been taking for 3 months now. Normally I get sick a lot cause we live in a big household now I don’t get sick like everyone else. A little too spicy for me but I rather deal with that then getting the flu or cold
