Pretty tasty when just about the amount of water is added. I come from LMNT so I kinda want to add in more salt to contrast the sweetness better.

This is been very helpful when dealing with a mixture of dysautonimia and COVID. I tend to pass out when anything is off-kilter, so this is helping me stay more stable as I rest and recover.

I do like this better than element but I still feel like it has a little too much of a salty flavor.
This electrolyte is by far my favorite and most effective after trying a host of other brands. I use it both for daily hydration and after every workout and feel and difference when I miss a day. The quality and thoughtfulness they put into the ingredients cannot be understated. As I am on a journey to being more mindful of how I fuel my body, I am so grateful to have found this product.
