So Good I Won't Even Travel Without It
I have waited over a year to write this review because I really wanted to speak to benefits over time. Long story short, I have started buying in bulk (hated the plastic waste of the daily packets) and never miss a day because as someone with a sensitive stomach this product has greatly improved my overall well being and I have the least digestive issues I've had in years.
When first trying Gut Guardian I opted for morning intake - this is when I often felt most nauseous. The first few weeks it created some urgency - nothing crazy, but it was definitely helping things move along. I was about two months in when I missed a few days on vacation and it was then that I realized just how much it was helping. Now I don't travel without it. Really glad they have the packets still for this reason.
About six months in I missed a morning and was really nervous to take it in the evening in case it caused me to rush to the bathroom overnight. I took a calculated risk and downed it after work. I figured better to have a bathroom trip in the night than feel icky the next morning. Game Changer! No nighttime bathroom trips AND for the first time in a long time I woke up with no morning nausea! Personally, I would advise seeing how you react to it for a month or so with daytime use and then if it makes sense for you try it before bedtime. I mix at dinner time and let them chill in the fridge for a bedtime treat.
