I’ve tried a bunch of different electrolytes brands LMNT being my favorite but was too expensive and some of them too salty. This is the best in between, affordable, salty but not too salty and the guava flavor is so good! Will be renewing our subscription for sure.

I struggle with dehydration and low minerals. I constantly drink water but it’s never enough and I’m always getting migraines. Since I’ve started drinking this (almost every day), I feel 1000x better and haven’t gotten a migraine since!! Plus it definitely helps with recovery from sports! Including soccer and golf!!
I will say, I wish they have this in the watermelon mint flavor!
