I’m really enjoying the benefits of Hydration Hero - there’s no heavy fake-sugar taste and it feels good knowing I’m doing something so good for my body.

I chose the packets especially for long flights! The different flavors help me to drink a lot more water and the minerals are an added benefit!

I have gotten in the habit of taking my large water bottle to work every day with a serving of Hydration Hero. It makes drinking my large volume of water much easier--and the electrolytes help keep me from getting post-workout muscle twitches (which happens when my magnesium gets low). I love this stuff, and don't dare going without it each day.
