These electrolytes are delicious. The ingredients are good quality and good amounts. There could be a little more sodium for me, but I guess that's something not everyone would want/need more of, so I just add some to my bottle. I recommend this company. They have good communication and customer service.

At this point I've tried all flavors - favorite so far is the passionfruit one. I work in the sun all day long and sweat like crazy so having something like this that hydrates (along with some of the other beneficial ingredients), has made a big difference. The only thing that might be a little on the downside is that most times, there's a odd chemical like aftertaste, when I first drink it. But I've consistently maintained my orders for quite a few months now so the good is obviously outweighing the initial taste.
